Notes:

very cold in the morning when riding - toes were numb; later in the day was quite hot and soaked jersey in a creek to cool off; went to see the hot springs (really a hot tub?) but was glad to find a place to get food - had breakfast with Kiwi Steve; bum a little raw from wearing dirty shorts; felt a little dizzy today; saw an elk and a few more antelope; a very rocky passage today; Jason and friend Alex stayed at the same campground
