my 39th Birthday, was still nauseous during the night-but woke up feeling better; rode with Dave for a bit; a hard rain - it really hurt; food didn't sound very good and I was very tired; very pretty rock formations; couldn't find the Senduro bike shop; beat John Kieffer to the Windsor hotel and got the last room
