This dataset contains the simulation data used in the manuscript titled "Understanding the Effect of Sample Geometry on Temperature Distribution During Optical Floating Zone Crystal Growth in Vacuum Environment through Heat Transfer Modeling". It includes the simulation data obtained from parametric studies to understand the effect of feed-rod radius, length, tip shape, and heated-zone position. The dataset is subject to being updated in the revision process.
