This dataset compiles data and images from heat treatment and ageing studies for a Ti-20Nb alloy that was oxidized to create an oxygen concentration gradient that supplement submitted manuscript “Oxygen effects on ω and α phase transformations in a metastable β Ti-Nb alloy,” by Kathleen Chou, Emmanuelle A.
